Our third annual Celebrate Summer giveaway event was an incredible success!
With 90 children signed up (38% more than last year), our volunteers had a ball helping families pick out brand new swimsuits, flip flops, beach towels, swim goggles, sunblock, hats, shades and more for their kiddos.
Thank you to our incredible volunteers and individual donors for contributing their time and resources, from shopping for the items we needed to dropping them off and sorting them all.
We’re also very grateful to all those who ran drives for us, including AAA Northeast, Sweet Izzy and Faith Assembly.
Special thanks to our event partner Kind Hearts for Kids for providing crafts, games and face painting for the many families in attendance.
