Barnstable Unity Day Celebration

Thanks to People of Action, the Barnstable Police Dept., and the Town of Barnstable for a fantastic 7th Annual Barnstable Unity Day Celebration on the Hyannis Village Green.

We met amazing folks, including several who had raised their grandchildren, nieces, or their children’s friends.

“I wish the Cape Cod Foster Closet had been around when my daughter brought home her friend from high school to live with us,” said one visitor to our table. “We could really have used the support you’re giving to families.”

Special thanks to Officer Brian Morrison (left) for his help in getting the Cape Cod Foster Closet involved in this terrific event, and to Officer Chris Kelsey for swinging by to say hello. We had a great time!
